Specifically designed for hinge applications such as compacts and other hard-case cosmetic packaging, the unique 1-1/2 coil construction provides the radial spring force needed to maintain the desired swing torque throughout the life of the assembly.

Unlike rigid Solid Pins or cut wire, Series 550 Cosmetic Coiled Pins flex within the hinge, accommodating wider hole tolerances while minimizing stress on the surrounding plastic.
